John Moran, noted investor and philanthropist, is the retired Chairman of the Board of The Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation, a private holding company generally acknowledged as one of the country’s leading investment organizations. DKM’s historical portfolio of companies includes more than 100 businesses engaged in technology, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, media, retail, and real estate development. John has served either as Chairman and/or President of more than 30 of these companies over a career that has spanned more than 50 years.

John currently serves as a Director of Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ: WYNN) and the National Advisory Council of the University of Utah, where he is both an alumnus and the primary benefactor of the world-renowned John A. Moran Eye Center. He is a member and former Director of the World Presidents’ Organization and the Chief Executives’ Organization.

Jeffrey F. Rayport is founder and chairman of Marketspace, a division of global management consulting and merchant banking firm Monitor Group that advises leading information industry companies on creating sustainable competitive advantage in the networked economy. A faculty member at Harvard Business School for nearly a decade, Jeffrey’s expertise lies in increasing the impact new information technologies have on companies' service and marketing strategies. At Harvard, he developed and taught the first e-commerce course in the United States; authored more than 100 case studies; and was voted Outstanding Professor in 1997, 1998, and 1999 by the Harvard Business School Students’ Association. His writing has appeared in a variety of publications including Fortune, Harvard Business Review, The Los Angeles Times, and McKinsey Quarterly, among many others, and he frequently appears as a business commentator on television and radio.

Jeffrey serves as a director of several public and private companies including Andrews McMeel Universal (parent of Universal Press Syndicate), GSI Commerce (NASDAQ: GSIC), International Data Group, and ValueClick (NASDAQ: VCLK). He also is a Trustee of several educational organizations including the Hult International School of Business and From the Top. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College; an M.Phil. in International Relations from the University of Cambridge (U.K.); and received a Master of Arts in the History of American Civilization and a Ph.D. in Business History, both from Harvard University.
