Jeff Goldstein has more than a dozen years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy and development, having worked for some of the most widely-known industry leaders on some of the most successful transactions in the digital media industry.

Prior to joining Catalytic Capital, Jeff was Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions for Experian Interactive, where he led mergers and acquisitions activity for all of Experian's consumer Internet businesses, a $750 million revenue group which comprise, in the aggregate, the 8th largest consumer Internet business in the United States. Among his notable transactions, Jeff led the team that acquired PriceGrabber.com for $485 million.

Prior to joining Experian, Jeff led the team that completed the sale of LowerMyBills, Inc., where he was Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, to Experian for $380 million. Prior to LowerMyBills, Jeff ran the West Coast mergers and acquisitions group for Barry Diller's IAC/InterActiveCorp, owner of a number of interactive commerce companies including Lending Tree, Expedia, Hotels.com, Match.com, Ticketmaster, Entertainment Publications, and Citysearch. Prior to those responsibilities, Jeff was Vice President and Head of Corporate Development for Ticketmaster. Before joining Ticketmaster, Jeff was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers; he began his career as a corporate attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Jeff graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley, received his J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and received a Master in Business Administration from INSEAD.
